Hysterolaparoscopy Done. Had Intercourse After Periods. Started Bleeding Again. Is It Normal?

Thanks for the query.
normally hysteroscopy will be done in first week after menstrual period, so according to that the bleeding on 18th could be your usual period.
so the possible causes for your bleeding on 1st July are,
-intercourse might have disturbed some healing local wound(caused by hysteroscopy) leading to bleeding.
-breakthrough bleeding from uterus may be because of infection
-menstrual irregularity because of poly cystic disease which may not be completely cured,
-stress and strain causing polymenorrhea, means more frequent menstrual cycles, by affecting hypothalamo pituitary ovarian axis.
anyhow you better visit your gynecologist and get examined once to find out the actual cause among above possibilities and take treatment accordingly so that future recurrence can be prevented.
