I Am 33 Years Old. ECG Test Done. Is This Normal?
Question: SIR I AM 33 YEARS OLD.MY ECG REPORT IS HR-107bpm;RR-560ms;pq-164ms;QRS-72ms;QTC-414ms is it normal.
Hi XXXXXXX
The electrocardiogram findings you have described indicate normal ECG except for slight tachycardia that is heart rate faster than 100/minute.
That is not a big issue..
ECG records the electrical activity of the heart muscle on the skin.
12 ECG electrodes are applied.
The test has got a good specificity but moderate sensitivity that is it has to be seen in clinical context.
A normal ECG can not rule out cardiac disease fully.
I hope that answers your query.
