If A Penile Implant Has Been Removed, Will A Penis Pump Work?

Thanks for posting your query.
Although penile implant surgery is effective against erectile dysfunction and can be very effective, but it should be regarded as a treatment of last resort, to be used when other methods of treatment have failed.
Once an implant has been put in, other methods of treatment will not work, even if the implant is removed. Also if the implant is removed, the man may never again have natural erections and may require re-insertion of another device.
It is not advisable to use penis pumps if you are having an implant and usage of penis pumps even after a penile implant removal may cause an erection but the overall rigidity and satisfaction experienced will be quite low. You may not have an erection at all or the erection may be soft which is not sustainable for an intercourse.
