Irritation When Passing Stool. Burning Urination. What Treatment Should I Take?

Question: hello doctor, I feel that that i am having piles or fishers inside the anus as something is irretating me when i pass the stool. what is the treatment of fihers or piles without surgery. This problem is from last 2-3 months.Last time when i visit the surgeon regarding this.He told me to take more liquid and fibre diet which i am taking but not regularly but from last 2-3 days,i feel that near anus there is something which comes out when i sit or walk or pass the stool. can you please suggests.what treatment should i take?any recommended medicine.I feel light burning near urine also.

It seems you are suffering from XXXXXXX piles

Are you constipated ?
Is there any history of bleeding with stool ?
Do you pass mucus in stool ?
Does it pain while passing stool ?
Something that is coming out, does it go in by itself or you need to push it back ?

answer-Yah it looks so

Are you constipated ?
yes i am constipated
Is there any history of bleeding with stool ?
no there is no history of bleeding
Do you pass mucus in stool ?
no
Does it pain while passing stool ?
answer-sometime but very rare
Something that is coming out, does it go in by itself or you need to push it back ?
answer-Go by itself

Dear XXXXXXX

What I gather from your information is that there are chances you have an acute fissure in ano and may be XXXXXXX piles also

If you want to treat them without surgery you need to control your constipation

This will prevent further damage

There are few medicines which can reduce the venous congestion and there by reduce the size of piles

Take lot of fiber and plenty of fluids
If that does not help add Isapgul Husk two teaspoonfuls at bed time with two glasses of water

See a surgeon in your vicinity and if he advises get operated

i am taking pilex cream from tomorrow which is from Himalaya brand .Is that o.k
I do not want any surgery.If you can suggest some medicine that would help me.

Pilex and other local preparations are for symptomatic relief there is no data available mentioning medical cure of piles with these preparations

You may try them
Also try sitz bath twice a day for fifteen minutes each
