hi doctor i skipped my periods for about 20 days then hav aperiod on 16th of november which last about 15 to 16 days only 2 3 days heavy bleeding then spotting. then i had my ultrasound which shows thick endometrium and cystic apperance of right ovary and left ovary is normal i took transamine 500 mg , ponston forte, and daflon for 3 days my bleeding stop now after 2 or 3 days spotting starts again why
