Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have seen the reports and do understand your concern.
20-25 pus cells in urine suggests urinary tract infection.
It can be in the lower or upper part. I would like to know the clinical symptoms she is having so that I better able to help you out.
An ultrasound for kidney, ureter and bladder should be done in children below 5 years of age to find if there is any abnormality.
In most of the babies UTI improves with medication and plenty of fluids. A urinary culture should be sent to find the organism and their sensitivity pattern with antibiotics.
I won't get overly worried if she responds well with antibiotics and if USG report is normal.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards

Get an ultrasound and urinary culture done
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for follow up
From the symptoms it appears to be infection in lower urinary tract(which is less severe than upper one).
I would request you to get an ultrasound and urinary culture done.
We can start a broad spectrum antibiotic (which covers the infective organism) till the report comes.
If culture will show sensitivity pattern for that organism, the same antibiotic will be continued for 7-10 days otherwise antibiotic may need to be changed as per sensitivity pattern. In Moor of the cases symptoms improve after medical treatment only.
