Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

This is likely NOT safe, because Adderall has effects on blood pressure which can seriously change the course of a planned surgery. I would reach out to your surgeon immediately to discuss his or her preference, because proceeding with the surgery without telling your surgeon could be very dangerous.

If you told your surgeon and you stopped taking Adderall 14 days ago as instructed then this should be fine.

Then you need to tell them that you have still been taking the medications, because proceeding with the surgery while you are still taking Adderall would be highly unsafe.
