Question: Hi Doc,
My blood pressure is 127/76 and heart rate is 95. Is it ideal or i have to do more to make it ideal ?

Blood pressure and HR you have mentioned is normal. Need not worry much.
Any recording above 130/90 and resting heart rate above 100 is of concern.

If at all you are more bothered then consider having low salt diet and regular exercise.
