Brief Answer:
Call your doctor's office or on-call group first.

Detailed Answer:
If you can't get ahold of anyone from your doctor's practice then I would suggest the ER as your blood pressure and pulse are not controlled.

Hypertensive urgency is when the lower blood pressure is over 110. Yours is not at that level but is abnormally high.

You also have tachycardia which is a pulse over 100. Since you are on Flecainide, I will assume you have a history of tachycardia (fast pulse).

You can try calling your own doctor's office, as he/she may want to try altering the dosage of your meds. This would be the best bet as your doctor knows your cardiac history and what has been tried. Tell the receptionist that you need to speak with your doctor's nurse, and then tell her what is going on. If your doctor is gone for the day, you can call the office and get the doctor on call. If that doesn't work, then go to the ER. Take along your pill bottles so the ER doctor knows the dose you are taking.

I hope this information helps.
