A number of causes can result in raised pulse; see details please
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I'm sorry for the delay in reply. Your BP is almost within the limit. However pulse is quite high. There could be a number of causes for raised pulse. Most common includes:
- fever, sudden stress
- anemia, exercise
- medication side effect, alcohol use & hyperthyroidism.
I would suggest you to record your Pulse and BP thrice a day for two days. If value remains high then you need to visit hospital for clinical examination and further workup which will include a number of investigations to confirm the cause. Meanwhile try to go out for walk in the evening. It helps in reducing stress and makes body fresh.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
