Is Clinmiskin Gel Effective In Treatment Of Acne?

Question: I am having acne problem from very lomg time, but it is not really severe one. But it is spreaded all over my face, which make my face look dull and uneven tone. Will Clinmiskin gel can help me with acne problem, if yes how to use it?

I understand from your query that you are having mild acne.

Clinmiskin gel contains clindamycin as the main ingredient. You could apply this on the pimple affected areas in the morning after bath.

At bedtime, use a gel containing 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide ( like Benzac AC).

Was your face with a face wash containing Salicylic acid like clean and clear face wash.

Avoid creams on your face. Avoid oil on your scalp.

Diet is important. Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, sweets, sugary foods and drinks. Eat a lot of fruits rich in vitamin A (anything with lot of color).
