Brief Answer:
An ESR of 32 if you are a female is not much.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
An ESR of 32 if you are a female is not much. It means there is some mild inflammation in the body. If you are a male then it is slightly significant. It may be raised if you are anemic, or have some inflammation somewhere in the body.
Pain must be due to duodenitis.
Please try taking Omeprazole 20 once a day before meals and a chewable antacid with MPS (methyl polysiloxane in it and revert back to me.

Regards
