Esomeprazole can be taken up to 80 mg twice daily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I am Dr. Kumar, a gastroenterologist and would be addressing your query.
As per your query answers are-

Esomeprazole is highly effective in the treatment of Bloating and excessive gasses. However, it won't reduce intestinal cramps. For maximum effect take it empty stomach.

For reducing cramps in intestine you need to have an antispasmodic like Dicyclomine 10mg (Prescription medicine) in combination with a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug like Mefenamic acid.

Take an antacid like Mucaine gel twice daily along with a good quality probiotic like VSL#3.
Try to avoid aerated beverages and fiber-rich fruits and vegetables.

Hope the answer is helpful.

Regards.
