Is Good Health Capsule Safe For Weight Loss?

Question: I am taking good health capsule(ayurvedic) which helped me in increase my appetite and weight but i want to know is it safe to take and when i stopped it my weight came to old position.so is there any permanent solution to maintain weight ratio also.

3. To maintain appetite and weight one can incorporate following:

i. encourage outdoor games and exercises like running, swimming, Yogasanas, Surya-namaskar.
ii. Take protein rich diet (legumes sprouted pulses/cereals, milk with protein powder
iii. Take vitamin A,B,C,E in diet which helps in strengthening the immune system.
iv. self expressed juice of white onion 6 ml with honey in morning and good sleep after meals.

i. first deworming is essential: thus make powder of raw XXXXXXX seed and give 250 mg with yogurt or water empty stomach in morning for three days
