Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM.

You had protected sex wearing the condom and the 4th Gen CMIA HIV test result after 4.5 months is also negative so there is definitely no risk of HIV in your case as the window period for HIV varies from 15 days to 3 months so the test result is 100% reliable and conclusive so don't get feared or worried for HIV.

The red rashes over your glans penis are due to some allergy or some fungal infection but non-specific for HIV. Consult any Dermatologist to isolate the cause and follow the treatment regime. Be relaxed, forget about the episode and move on in life happily. For any further query feel free to ask me any time.

Thank You

Dear Sir,

I have uploaded my reports and also photo of red spots on penis.
I have two worries:

1. Why my WBC is always more than 10000?
2. What could be reason of these types of red spots?

Since 30th XXXXXXX 2017, i didnt have any other sexual relationship with anyone. Kindly let me know if I can move on in my life.

Brief Answer:
You can definitely move on in your life.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

High WBC count may be due to some other infection but not related to HIV and the reason for red spots is either allergy or fungal infection as per my opinion. Consult any dermatologist to isolate the cause and follow the treatment regime. Allay the fear or anxiety related to HIV as you are absolutely safe and risk free.

Thank You

Sir,

Just one last follow up. As you can see from my reports I was having low hemoglobin. So my doctor prescribed me below medicine.

1. Renerve plus ( from Strides company)
2. Ferrium xt

Can these medicine have effect on my HIV tests? As I have seen renerve plus is also being used in HIV treament.

Kindly reply.
