Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Protected Sex?

Question: I am 38 years old married man. I had sex with a female friend at the time with vaginal penetration after few drinks. I had my condom on, due to the alcohol I wasn't erected hard enough( but I think i was half way in) and after few minutes I pulled out and found the condom was broken and I didn't have any ejection. And I felt immediately worried and stupid. Next day I talked to my friend and she told me she had a regular health check. And she was also married and had her premarital check-ups 3 years ago. For me I had my and had a regular health check. And she was also married and had her premarital check-ups 3 years ago. For me I had my Gardasil vaccine 3 years ago from now.
My question is about my possible exposure to HIV and other STDs. Should I get full STDs test and when is my best time to get test. Also I am so worry that I might spread to my wife after the incident.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
There is a very low risk of exposure to HIV and other STDs.
This is because there were only a few minutes of unprotected sex involved, with no ejaculation.
Plus both of you are quite clean and with regular check ups.
You should get the full panel of STD testing done definitely to be on the safer side, this is to be done 6 weeks after exposure.
IT is best to have protected sex with your wife until you are sure about your status.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
