Viral infection is most common cause of fever with cold and resolves without any complication in most of the children.
But babies in their early months are more prone to serious bacterial infection, so a close watch is must and a pediatrician consultation should be taken early in view of possibility of rapid deterioration in condition.
Nisikind is a homeopathic medication and is given to children to relieve cough,cold and shortness of breath.
I won't suggest you to give this medication for such small baby.
You may give paracetamol drop for fever and nasoclear or nasivion XXXXXXX drop for cold.Also some cough drop can be given after consulting a pediatrician.
Keep a close watch and if temperature remains high,there is any breathing problem,poor feeding,lethargy or excessive irritability consult your pediatrician immediately.
