Question: Hello sir,
sir i have married 3 yr ago. but i have no issue right now. i consult dr . he give me medicine . one of medicine is nono leo. i want to know it is right medicine for that ,and it is no side effect. plz adviseme,
Brief Answer:
need to have at least a semen analysis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
What we need before we advice a male patient regarding mefication Is a semen analysis. If it Is normal you do not need any medicines. Nano Leo is what we call nutraceuticals. It might not harm you but could be of doubtful benefit in improving sperm quality. So use it only when you are comfortable. It is quite expensive so use it if no less expensive treatment is available.
Hope I have been of help. I can help you more if I have some more details like that of a semen analysis at a reputed centre.
Regards and best wishes.

Dear sir
i received ur reply . so i attached my semen analysis reports.report is near about 22 nd dec 2013. plz look it and give ur advice.
Brief Answer:
semen analysis looks reasonably normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
I had a look at the semen analysis report you have uploaded and it looks like a normal study.
I suggest that you continue to try for conception as you have been doing, and if you are not successful, repeat the semen analysis again after 6 months or so, and as I said earlier, preferably at a reputed infertility centre close to your place of residence, as there is a lot of discrepancy between the reports issues by a normal lab and a report issued by a lab specializing in infertility.
You can continue using the medication which has been prescribed earlier. As I said, it has no significant side-effects, so you should be fine, and if it helps you conceive by improving the quality of sperms, you can be consider yourself lucky.
Hope I have been of help
