Less Body Weight. Is Taking Endura Mass Safe? Any Side Effects?

I'm a 17 year old teen with a height of 5'4" and weigh 40 KG. I guess that's quite less than what my weight should be now and that's why I decided to go for a supplement, Endura Mass. I heard about it from couple of my friends who are using it and they said it works fine for them. But I'm not too sure about the quantity in which I should consume it and also if it has any side effects. But I read on some websites that a duplicate product is often available in the medical stores. I'd be very obliged if you'd let me know its side effects, if it really does work, un what quantity should i take it and how to verify if the product I get in the local medical shops is legitimate? Please respond.

These are called as nutraceuticals (food supplements) which might not have a proven benefit or evidence or rationale for their claim from clinical studies.However they might be consumed and most of them have negligible side effects and are tolerated well.Label claims that the suggested Use is :
Add 10-30 gms (2-3 teaspoons) Endura Mass in a glass or milk or juice. Mix well. Take this drink one to three times a day. For quick gain, mix 2-3 teaspoons of Endura Mass in a glass of full cream milk along with 2 bananas. Take this twice, daily. Avoid taking Endura Mass just before bedtime.
Though it might be difficult to differentiate with the copycats available in the market you can procure with a genuine pharmacy to minimize the chances of being duped.Hope I have answered your query.Take care.
