Question: 4 yr kid. Got hurt while playing. Bruices caused by fall near Fence at park. Happened yday evening. Applied Tbact at night. need we get TT injuction. Attd photo. Thanks.

Hi.. I have just now seen your kid's photo. This is a very trivial injury and i assure you not to worry at all. I congratulate you about the first aid performed for your kid. The decision on whether to give vaccination or not depends on the previous vaccination status of the kid. I suggest you get back to me the following details -
1. Has your kid vaccinated at 1.5 months/ 2.5months/3.5 months age with DPT and then followed up the same at 1/5 years or not?
2. Apart form the above has he received any other TT vaccine in the past and if so at what age?
