I have mild psoriasis on scalp. so, to reduce dryness of scalp I am planning to take it. and also, it helps to increase hair growth. so, I am planning to take it. 400 mg is equivalent to 400 iu?

Get rid of psoriasis first. Use foltene shampoo,Its very effective in psoriasis.
With psoriasis, Vit E capsules may not be effective.
Vit E 400mg is recommended dose
