Hi,

Eldervit is a good vitamin with several vitamins all in one place. There isn't that much benefit from vitamin E and it is quite difficult to have a deficiency in it. BUT it is low on the b complex like thiamine, ribovirin and niacin. There are some quite cheap multivitamins that have pretty much everything in them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
