Brief Answer:
No, you cant take them for long term.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Though the drug is quite helpful, it has got side effects in case of long term use, particularly related to kidney.Drug belongs to NSAID group and particularly is advised for short term use.
You can take the drug till you see your doctor, then let your doctor decide medications for you.
Rather than taking drug regularly , take it only when pain makes you feel moderately uncomfortable.Avoid night doses when you are asleep and dont need relief from pain.
Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
