Brief Answer:
it's normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

this is a normal value. Increased AFP in patients with cirrhosis may signify development of cancer. Higher values of AFP make cancer more likely. For example the double (16) has a sensitivity of 60% and specificity of 90% regarding cancer detection.

A normal AFP and a 'clear' CT and/or MRI are very much against cancer.

Kind Regards!
