Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
If your mammogram is clear then there is absolutely no problem in going ahead with breast augmentation surgery however one should understand that some sort of local complications or adverse outcome can occur in at least 1% breast implant patients.
These complications could be ...hematoma,infection,breast pain,breast asymmetery,unsatisfactory size etc. 
In addition these implants are not lifelong devices and may have to be removed in next 8-10 years for some or other reason.
You must clearly understand all the pros and cons of breast augmentation surgery before going ahead with it.
