Is A Deep Brain Dizzy Twinge A Cause For Concern?

Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Occasional intermittent dizziness of short duration at this age may be due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). other possibilities may be vestibular neuritis or syncopal attacks.
Are you having any vomiting, fever, positional vertigo, headache, loss of facial sensation, speech changes, gait abnormalities, dysphagia?
Any history of recent viral infection or rhinitis?
Any hypertension?
if you are having benefit from meclizine then continue it. Other options are betahistine, cinnarizine.
Take plenty of fluids too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
