ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Vestibular neuritis presents as acute onset giddiness, nausea, vomiting.History of viral infection is usually present.Hearing loss is not a feature of vestibular neuritis,if it is there then alternate diagnosis like labrynthitis, meniere disease,CP angle tumors should be suspected. My advice is to consult an ent specialist ion your area for expert management.
Thank you.
