I have gone through Gastric bypass surgry 3 moths before which i diet i should follow and which vitamens i should be taking daily i feel very weak . And suffring from lot of acidity ..

You should take multivitamin like zincovit daily along with calcium and vitamin D thrice weekly.
You should avoid high sugar/refined carbohydrate foods, eat very slowly.
ans chew your food well.
Certain foods like meat,grapes, nuts, whole grains, corn and beans are difficult to digest and hence better avoided.
Fried food, breads and cabbage and broccoli should be avoided.
For acidity, you should avoid lying down immediately after meals and eat slowly.
