Brief Answer:
You need to lower bisoprolol dose

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern.
I would like to know the dose of bisoprolol that you are taking.
This is a low heart rate. Do you have any complaints like weakness or dizziness?
If I were your doctor I would recommend you lower bisoprolol at least the half of your actual dose.
Hope to have been helpful.
If the problem persists you should talk with the prescribing doctor as he knows better your medical history.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
If you showed me a detailed history of your heart problems I would be able to give you a more concrete opinion.
Best wishes Dr Iliri
