Brief Answer:
Pulse rate is fine for athletic person

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
If you feel well and are not light-headed or dizzy then this heart rate is fine for you.
As you have mentioned that you are athletic, 50 to 55 for person aged above 65 years should be fine.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
