Is A Second Dose Of Steroid Shots Required For Sinus Infection And Bronchitis?

Question: Sinus infection and bronchitis. Went to Doctor Monday he gave me steroid shot and zpac and lohist. I've also taken mucinex. Today is Thursday and I have not improved much and I'm flying out of country on Saturday . Should I get another steroid shot today ? I've read steroid suppress immune system - some I'm a bit confused on this
