Is A Squishy Lump Above Right Testicle A Symptom Of Epididymitis?
Question: I feel a squishy lump at the top of my right testicle. is this the epididtimis?
I am getting an ultrasound next week. how would I know what a cancer tumor feel like? are they hard like a marble?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed lump at the top of the Right Testicle .

1) Is there pain in Rt testicle ?
2) What is the duration of lump?
3) Do you have fever ?
The lump at the top of the testis could be mostly due to either of the following two reasons and not due to cancer of the Testis .(Cancer of the Testis always presents as a swelling of entire testicle)
1) Infection of the Epididymis (Epididymitis)
2) Epididymal Cyst.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
