Brief Answer:
one drop should not cause significant complications

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Olbas oil can cause complications if a significant amount is swallowed. One drop should not cause any complications

If more is swallowed, there is a risk of cough, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, s seizures and heart side effects in some persons.

If you have a history of heart disease and/or seizures then you may need to be assessed if you notice any disturbing symptoms eg chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, tremors,

If you are not comfortable monitoring, then you should be seen as soon as possible

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
