Is Baby's Heartbeat Rate Of 199 At 10th Week Of Gestation Normal?

Question: At 9 weeks gestation baby's heartbeat was199 again at 10weeks it was 199. Doctor says it will go into heart failure soon and die. Everything else is normal on ultrasound. Do you agree?

My doctor has never seen a heartbeat this high and he has nothing but the heartbeat to base his prognosis off of.
I do have an appointment with fetal medicine in 2weeks

Just wanted to know if you have witnessed heartrates in this range and everything was fine? Is it still okay if heartbeat has been sustained for 2 weeks at this rate?
