Is Cellulitis Curable With Proper Diet And Exercise?

Question: I'm 33 and have a lot of cellulitis just in the hips and superior part of my legs.
Is it real and possible to recover a normal skin condition if I take diet and exercise program seriously?
What do you recommend to work actively if there´s a chance to recover a normal apperiance and healthy condition inside?

Brief Answer:
It is Panniculitis
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
Thanks for providing clinical photograph.
There is lot of subcutaneous fat and also stretch marks indicating rapid gain or loss of weight. The red marks which you see is inflammation of subcutaneous fat also known as panniculitis. It is non infective in origin. In the absence of other systemic symptoms, its unlikely to be due to auto-immune disorder.
I would suggest you the following
1. Regular exercise: 30 minutes of brisk walking everyday is the best exercise
2. Regular massage especially with anti-cellulite cream/ointment will be helpful
3. Ensure good intake of water
4. If the lesion still persist then complete blood work up including assessment of auto-immune disorder needs to be considered
Do keep me updated about the progress.
Take Care
