Is Chronic Bacterial Infection Life Threatening?
looks like insect bites
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I have read your query, and understand your concern.
Chronic infection is one that is present after 6 weeks of treatment. Its usually not life threatening.
These marks in the pictures looks like insect bites and allergic reaction to their secretions. The swelling in the neck could be lymph node swelling following infection.
The groin swelling can also be lymph nodes from the infection from your testis, those small marks or rashes.
The one on your finger that is near the ring, is a injury mark by nail, probably during scratching.
I would suggest that you take a course of broad spectrum antibiotics in consultation with your local physician. At the same time he can examine you clinically to have a clear picture of your condition and the source of infection to help in better management of the same. A complete blood count and blood sugar levels will also be very helpful.
Also keep your bed and room free of insects and bath using an antiseptic soap and keep your finger nails trimmed, to prevent further injuries.
Hope i have been helpful.

show to a dermatologist once
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It could all be a part of your alkergic reaction to the insect bites like urticaria.
Your sore throat may be a part of it or it could even be separate infection.
I would still suggest that you take a course of antibiotics, antiinflammatory and antihistamines drugs in consultation with your local doctor and do warm saline gargles, this should solve most of your problems.
And consult a dermatologist and shows him your skin lesion for confirmation of the diagnosis.
