Is Coconut Bad For Health When Diagnosed With High Cholesterol Levels?

Hi Mr. XXXX, You do have multiple problems for your age.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXX, You do have multiple problems for your age. But like I say to all my patients, it is never too late to change to a healthy lifestyle. I would suggest a detox diet--
Prepare a green smoothie--one green (spinach/ coriander/pudina), one radish, one carrot, one cucumber or some dudhi/laukie/chaurakkai, some tulsi leaves, one apple, one lemon, one orange/musambi, one beetroot, one pomegranate/raw guava.---season with hing/ peringayam and pepper--you can vary these, and add sprouts too. Take one glass half an hour before each meal.
No sugary drinks, no soda, less sugar, no sweets, no white rice, no maida and bakery products, no eating out, no deep fried.
Coconut has medium chain fatty acids which are good for you but may increase acidity.
Exercise for an hour a day and if overweight reach 10% below ideal body weight.
Hope I have helped. Regards
