Brief Answer:
Need to check Endometrial thickness
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about pregnancy.
I need you to see a fertility specialist who can assess the Endometrial thickness from remaining Endometrial tissue after ablation.
You might need Hysteroscopy to assess feasibility of endometrium and uterus to hold pregnancy.
If endometrium is good you can go ahead with IVF. There will not be risk to baby in such situation if you conceive by IVF. Age related risks can be checked by regular ultrasound scan examination.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards
