Question: can I still conceive with a pituitary macro adenoma? I'm on a lot if medication.

What kind of macro adenoma do you have ?
Since when are you having it, and how was it diagnosed ?
Is it a prolactinoma ?
If it is a prolactinoma ( prolactin secreting tumour ), are the prolactin levels controlled on medication ?
What medications are you on ?
Do you have regular cycles ?
How long have you been trying to conceive ?
Have you been pregnant before ?
What is your height and weight ?

I am on aripiprizole mg, citalopram 40 mg, metformin 500 mg, co codomol 30/500 mg, oramorph 5mg x6 a day, gabapentin 600 mg x3, diazepam 5 mg x3, methaca
rbomol 750 mg x3, naproxin 500 mg x2, I have had a macro adenoma for 10 months prolactin

due to my bad headaches and constant brain haemerghages from pituitary gland tumour.

IF PROLACTIN LEVELS NORMAL - CAN CONCEIVE

Detailed Answer:

If the prolactin levels are normal, you can conceive.
However, most of these medications are contraindicated during pregnancy, so they would have to be stopped if you plan a pregnancy.
