Question: i am 37 year old with colitis and take asacol 800mg. i have vaginal discharge that is non smelly but dark red/brown colour, could it be related to my blood sugar levels.?

No, Diabetes would not cause such vaginal discharge. The colour suggests it is blood. Candidial infection is thicker in consistency.
Kindly check for Pap test with your Gynaec.
Ultrasonography of lower abdomen may be useful for proper diagnosis.
