Is Delayed Menstruation A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Question: Hi I am currently trying to get pregnant. I am currently on Day 47 with no period.
My cycles go like this:
SEPTEMBER 2015
4th September – 8th September (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 11th August – 3rd September = 24 days

SEPTEMBER 2015
30th September – 4th October (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 4th September – 29th September = 26 days

OCTOBER 2015
23rd October – 27th October (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 30th September – 22nd October = 24 days

NOVEMBER 2015
25th November – 29th November (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 23rd October – 24th November = 32 days

DECEMBER 2015
21st December – 25th December (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 25th November – 24th December = 29 days

Pregnancy tests are negative even though I am on day 47 do you still see chances that I could be pregnant please or should I rule this out? On Day 26 of this current cycle I did get positive ovulation tests and I have still not come on. If I am not pregnant what on earth is wrong? I am so worried what's wrong if it isn't pregnancy.

Blood HCG day 40 was negative and urine pregnancy tests negative. I now have a swollen stomach and I am be very sick. Feeling sick all the time headache lower back ache and feeling really tired. I am also very teary.

This could be pregnancy or delayed periods.

Pregnancy cannot be ruled out as you had late ovulation.

Done another pregnancy test this morning and it is still negative. I am losing all hope now and worried about what is going on. I hope it not any kind of cancer of something serious. I am worried out of my mind

I am on day 50 still no sign of period. I have been back to doctors he is doing another blood pregnancy test and also he is doing ca125 which I believe is related to ovarian cancer. My mum had ovarian cancer I am so scared. I also being referred for a Ultrasound Scan. If blood pregnancy test comes back negative do I say I am definitely not pregnant?
