not a known side effect

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Zorvolex is the marketing name for the medication diclofenac.

This is an NSAID and it is an anti inflammatory pain killer, related to meds such as ibuprofen, naproxen.

In terms of side effects, fatigue or exhaustion is not a known side effect of this medication.

This family of medication is more commonly associated with potential irritation of the stomach (the reason should be used on a full stomach).

This is also not a side effect noted with allopurinol.

Chronic illness, if severe, can sometimes be associated with fatigue so if the gout is severe then this may be contributing but if you do not believe that this is a cause then you may want to have tests to determine if there is another cause for her fatigue eg complete blood count, thyroid function test

Low thyroid hormones or low hemoglobin blood count can cause fatigue

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
