Is Frequent Bruising A Side Effect Of Plaquenil?

Question: I have Lupus and am currently taking plaquenil and Rayos. I've begun to bruise easily, even taking off a band aide causes bruising where the tape was. Is one of these meds causing this. Also even a little scratch will take forever to heal. XXXXXXX

Easy bruising can be due to low platelets in the blood. This can occur as a side effect of Methotrexate.
So please get a complete blood count and a peripheral blood smear examination done.
