Is Hard Skin Normal At Injection Site Post Vaccination?

Question: My baby is vaccinated 5 days before. Vaccine name isPENTAVAC PFS.it's second dose. But vaccinated area is very hard like a small stone... Will I give ice touch to that hard area....is it normal.... Baby is 3 months old

It seems that your baby has developed injection site nodule. It will take a few eeks to disappear. Treatment is not necessary. Cold or hot compresses will not have much effect.
