Brief Answer:
does not warrant any further testing

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I re-read our previous discussions. I hope you do not have any symptoms now and there is no recent change in your clinical status. As per the information you never had sudden loss of consciousness/ blackout/ unexplained fall.
1. As per literature, in absence of any symptoms due to ventricular tachycardia, mere presence of a few VPCs or a short run of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia at rate of ~100 beats per minute for 4-5 beats (which was asymptomatic) does not warrant any further testing, once the stress test and ECHO of patient are normal.
2. Standard indications of MRI do not include evaluation for structural heart diseases in patients without symptoms with normal ECHO and stress test. For detailed information please read the following article

This discussion pertains to a general patient with a profile as given. At times there are clinical indicators which can not be evaluated here. You can discussed with your cardiologist about the indication of MRI in your case, especially in light of above facts. Feel free to discuss further.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Yes. I agree with you. Once the cardiologist has said that everything is fine, there should not be further inquiries. I also agree with his opinion. However since you have gone to an electro physiologist and a doubt has been created, the visit to another cardiologist/ electro physiologist will clear that doubt.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
