Is Hemoglobin Level Of 10.5 A Cause For Concern?

Brief Answer:
withdrawal bleed with progesterones.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM ,
As seen your menses are delayed by 7 days now, so you may take a urine pregnancy test and rule out pregnancy first and if negative then you are likely to have stress induced hormonal delay. If the menses do not return naturally in next 7 days i.e 2 weeks post missed menses then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are women who are sexually active before marriage as well, but nevertheless if you are sure and not sexually active then you can still wait for another 7 days to allow menses to return naturally and if not then progesterone withdrawal can be opted for, which can bring about your menses not immediately but in next 7 days again. So if you have not taken progesterone s earlier then you better wait for a week for natural menstruation as the delay in your case seems stress induced.
