Is High Altitude Travel Advisable After A Hernia Surgery?

There would be no problem in travelling to 6000 feet.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thanks for your question.
There is no problem in travelling High altitude, specially 6000feet is quite permissible.
High altitude travel is usually avoided after surgery or during phases when you expect your blood to have a clotting tendency which could make you lead to thrombosis. But, in the present state it is unlikely that you would be harboring any such medical condition leading to thrombosis. Therefore, you should not have any problems in the forthcoming visit.
Just keep moving your feet at all times and drink a lot of water. Keep yourself hydrated.
Take care and do let me know if there are any queries that I could address.
