Brief Answer:
Hysterectomy is the treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Since the biopsy shows atypical cells there is a small possibility of uterine cancer being present in its early stages. Therefore the ideal treatment is hysterectomy. So please go ahead with hysterectomy without second thought.
LEEP will not be of help.
