Brief Answer:
Closely monitor potassium levels...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!
If you start lisinopril 10 mg and continue to take hydrochlortiazide and potassium you should monitor closely blood potassium levels.
If the levels are low you should stop hydrochlortiazide and continue with potassium till the normalisation of blood levels.
If the levels are normal keep going with both drugs.
If the levels are high then stop taking potassium and continue with hydrochlortiazide.
Hope this was of help!
