Is It Advisable To Take Pause MF On The 10th Day Of Periods?

Question: I didn't had my periods since 3 months due to PCOD. Now I hv been suggested by doc to start with deviry and from the 4th or 5th day start with Pause MF? Can I start Pause MF from 10th day?

Pause MF is given to control the heavy bleeding that is expected after amenorrhea of 3 months. You need to start pause MF after the bleeding starts and the bleeding is heavy. After you stop taking deviry your periods will start after 3-5 days. You can wait till 10th day and start Pause MF according to the need.

I just want to confirm that I can take Pause mf if required at any time right? It could be the 10th day of bleeding?
